According to a police report obtained by this writer, the incident was reported by Helen Silau Njaga, the eldest sister of the deceased.
Njaga received a distressing phone call from Robert Nagila, a colleague of Tinina, informing her of the harrowing discovery.
Tinina was found unresponsive on her bed, and despite the efforts of emergency medical services, she was pronounced dead on the scene.
