Together, they had also released a gospel hit, “Ndi Mwihia,” symbolizing Peter’s deep commitment to his faith following a near-death experience earlier this year.
However, just weeks before the breakup, Peter’s journey took a controversial turn when he performed at a secular club, sparking questions about his commitment to gospel music.

Following the split, Peter shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, asking for forgiveness for straying from his faith.
“God, please forgive me. I know I have embarrassed the work that you did for me when I had no hope for living in this world again,” he wrote, expressing deep regret and a desire to recommit to a life of service. “I want to walk in righteousness and holiness – but I need your help.”
