Self-proclaimed TikTok president Nyako was taken aback when she realized that the Airbnb she had rented in Nairobi was owned by YouTuber Mungai Eve.
The outspoken TikToker expressed surprise at the coincidence, noting that she doesn’t like Mungai Eve personally. She recalled that she had dismissed a watchman’s hint that the house belonged to someone well-known.
Nyako shared her shock during a TikTok live session from inside the house, where background voices confirmed that the property indeed belonged to the popular YouTuber.
Initially, Nyako didn’t recognize Mungai Eve and even asked if she was from TikTok.
However, she soon learned that Mungai Eve was the famous YouTuber who had recently split from her longtime boyfriend, which prompted Nyako to express her frustration, admitting that they’ve never gotten along.

She also praised the house for being well-furnished, saying it exceeded her expectations, although she pointed out that the master bedroom shower needed repair and the fridge door should be replaced.
In the video, Nyako is also heard wondering how many properties Mungai Eve owns, and imagining the YouTuber’s reaction to seeing her house being advertised online without her knowledge.
