Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko intervened yesterday to pacify a group of unruly youths who had stormed a hotel where he was meeting YouTuber Andrew Kibe.
The youth, for unspecified reasons, intended to confront the popular YouTuber as he sat at a table with two bottles of beer.
Kibe had been meeting with the ex-governor for a YouTube episode when the youths suddenly appeared, shouting angrily and hurling insults at him.

Sonko stepped in, urging them to disperse and cease causing disturbance at the hotel, and even provided them with some money to ease the situation.
The youths demanded a public apology from Kibe amidst their clamor for cash, with one of them expressing intentions to physically assault the YouTuber, citing Kibe’s alleged behavior as the reason for musician KRG the Don’s criticism.
