In an interview with YouTuber Trudy Kitui, Mali Safi, as they call her these days, also asked men to send her fare if they want to see her.
“Right now, I want someone. If I did trend with my music, what would prevent me from not getting a man? The God who made me trend, who ordained marriages, will also bring someone my way. I do not want to say I do not want a man because God owns us. Let Him plan my life,” she said.
The one-hit wonder also admitted that among those men sliding into her DM, none can so far meet her standards.
“Those saying they want to see me should send me fare; I eat. How do you want to see me and I have not eaten your fare? I must eat the money twice so that you can at least see me,” she added.
When asked about what she thinks of femicide cases, Marakwet Daughter blamed everything on the devil, saying he is trying to destroy marriages.
