Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and his wife, Dorcas Rigathi, were among the key attendees at the private burial of Reverend Allan Kiuna, founder of Jesus Celebration Centre (JCC).
During the service, Dorcas, a close friend of the Kiuna family, comforted Reverend Cathy Kiuna, emphasizing that “the dead are still alive.”
She then praised the sermon delivered by Bishop Mark Kariuki, which offered hope and solace to the grieving family and congregation.
Dorcas explained the three ways in which the departed are believed to remain alive, stating that “blessed are those who die in the Lord.”

She was seen consoling Cathy, who was deeply emotional, dressed in a black dress and hat.
Cathy and Allan had been together for over thirty years, and she broke down several times during the ceremony, mourning her husband who lost lost the battle to cancer.
