Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have apprehended Victor Ouma Okoth, the prime suspect in the brutal murder of Willis Ayieko, a human resource manager at Wells Fargo.
Authorities report that Okoth fled the scene in Nyamninia, Siaya County, before being tracked down to a hideout in Dandora, Nairobi.
Eyewitnesses claim that Okoth had been living among them, completely unaware of his alleged crimes. One resident expressed disbelief, stating, “He came here around ten with some things… we didn’t know he was a murderer.”
