In a tragic incident on Saturday, June 22, a truck carrying building blocks lost control and plowed into pedestrians in Timau town, resulting in the deaths of seven individuals and injuring several others. The accident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. on the Meru-Nyanyuki Highway, according to Buuri sub-county police commander Laura Imbacha.
