Kenya has suffered blow after the United States informed the United Nations (UN) that plans are underway to freeze critical funds meant for an ongoing peacekeeping mission in Haiti. Former police spokesperson Charles Owino has told off Public Service CS Justin Muturi over claims that the National Intelligence Service (NIS) was involved in abductions.
