Germany-based Kenyan TikToker Nyako has revealed that a woman who previously filed a lawsuit to prevent her from receiving social funds in Germany has now filed another suit that could potentially cause her to lose her apartment.
This follows claims by the outspoken TikToker that her TikTok fame had ended, further exacerbating her difficulties.
Nyako shared in a live video that a woman named Petronila Musau had written to the German government, requesting her eviction.
Nyako said she has already received a letter, now with her lawyer, demanding that she move out of the government housing she currently lives in.
The mother stated that she had reached her limit, and the German government had begun pressuring her to relocate, even disclosing details of a city she wanted to move to.

Nyako remarked on the woman’s jealousy, noting that Petronila had filed a similar lawsuit months ago, claiming Nyako was wealthy and should be removed from the social funds program.
In the new lawsuit, the woman accused Nyako of spraying her with pepper spray, leading to increased harassment from the government.
Nyako expressed that she had succumbed to the pressure and was ready to move, as she now sought peace of mind.
She recently shared her distress over her children choosing to sleep in the living room and expressed disbelief that Petronila, also a mother, could file a lawsuit to evict a fellow mother.
Nyako recalled that in the new lawsuit, Petronila argued that she (Nyako) was rich and didn’t deserve to live in government housing, lamenting that these actions were driven by jealousy.
