Nonetheless, he advocates for a third autopsy on the deceased officer, citing witness accounts of disturbing symptoms exhibited by the officer following their encounter.
Joe Mfalme is innocent. I said what I said. He is the kindest most hardworking person I know. He can’t harm anyone.
