In a social media post, the company, known for its grey and orange minibuses in the city, condemned the act, citing passenger safety concerns.
The company’s inspectors apprehended the driver and handed him over to the central police station for arraignment.
A video circulating yesterday showed the company’s bus making a reckless U-turn on the busy highway, violating NTSA rules and endangering passengers’ lives.

The company reaffirmed its dedication to resolving staff issues for passenger comfort, while clarifying that the individual in question was detained at the central police station.
“Following today’s incident of one of our drivers on Thika Road we would like to inform the public that the driver has been apprehended by our company Inspectors following his misconduct of making a U-turn 205 on the Thika Super highway endangering other road users. He was submitted to Central Police Station where the incident was reported and from there, will be arraigned in court”
Elsewhere, a video emerged of people standing in long lines waiting to board super metro bus while other PSV minibuses stood beside them empty.
The video generated buzz among netizens, with some praising the company for its exemplary service, while others appreciated its non-stop approach to avoid delays.
