During the height of their popularity, Sailors Gang, under Mwalimu Rachael’s management, collaborated with several high-profile artists, including Krg the Don and Octopizzo.
However, despite the success of these collaborations, the group allegedly did not receive their fair share of royalties.
According to Mwalimu Rachael, the lack of proper contracts and agreements led to Sailors Gang missing out on significant earnings from their hit songs, ‘Wakiritho’ with Octopizzo and ‘Nyandus’ with Krg the Don.
