- Man dies in Kibera after being run over by train
- In Nandi, minor dies in a fire incident
- In Kangemi woman found dead inside her house
There have been a number of tragic incidents that on Tuesday took place in the country.
From the man run over by the train in Kibera to the baby who perished in a fire in Nandi County, it’s been a rough week for many families.
The investigation into the train incident, including the possibility of suicide, is important to understand what led to such a horrific event.
Similarly, the other reports highlight the unfortunate and sometimes unexplained tragedies that happen in different communities.
It must be a difficult time for the families involved, especially the ones who lost loved ones in such sudden and tragic ways.
In the Kibra incident, authorities are investigating the possibility of suicide, but the motive remains unclear.

In Nandi County, a four-month-old baby died in a fire after a candle was left burning in the house, while the baby’s six-year-old sister narrowly escaped. The mother had been out picking tea when the fire started.
In Nairobi’s Kangemi area, the body of 54-year-old Teresia Muhaki was found in her bed by her relatives, prompting an investigation.
In Kisii, a farm worker named Miruka Asiago was found dead on a farm with no visible injuries, and his body was taken for an autopsy.
In Embu County, a 35-year-old man, Amos Kinyua Njiru, was found dead after ingesting poison, though the reason behind his death has yet to be determined.
These incidents, each tragic in its own way, have left many families grieving, and investigations are underway to uncover the causes.
Inspector General of police Douglas Kanja told Nairobi Post that all the incidents were under investigations.
“These incidents are currently under investigations and we shall get to the bottom of all the issues,” he said.
