A video of a high school principal appearing to address learners during assembly while being extremely drunk has emerged, causing an uproar from Kenyans.
In the clip, the headmaster is seen as if he wants to remove his clothes leaving teachers and students bewildered.
He then goes on to make some staggering moves while trying to give a speech, which no one could grasp, losing control and staggering, looking to the side where the students weren’t.
A teacher who had already been on the podium is seen trying to help him and is heard announcing to the students that he will just let him address them despite his bad state.

The video has since been shared on Facebook and TikTok and is currently trending, with many calling for the teacher to receive immediate help.

The caption being shared on many of the videos claims the man is the headteacher, and many responded by saying it might be due to depression.
Students maintained silence throughout as the dramatic scene of shame unfolded before them, their faces expressing shock and disbelief.
At the end of the clip, the alleged headteacher is seen finally staggering away as he continues to lift his shirt, unable to give a speech to the learners.
