Brian Chira’s grandmother provided fans with an update on the ongoing investigation into her grandson’s tragic death, stating that the probe is halfway complete as Wilson Police Station has returned Chira’s phone.
She was accompanied by TikToker Obidan Dela, who had taken her to the station and requested that she update her TikTok followers on the matter.
The grandmother explained that there is hope, as the only remaining issue is with the DCI at the Kibera Law Courts, where another of the deceased TikToker’s phones is being held for investigation.
She mentioned that the other phone, which she has yet to receive, was recovered after police tracked it down following its disappearance days before Chira’s tragic death.

In a video, she showed the iPhone XR to confirm its recovery and expressed gratitude to those who have supported her.

This development comes months after the grandmother had a fallout with her former helper, Baba Talisha, and after she began to suspect that her grandson’s death might not have been accidental.
She had previously questioned the delayed post-mortem results, which fueled speculation among some TikTokers that Chira had been a victim of foul play.
How Did Chira Die?
The TikToker, who died months ago, reportedly lost his life after being struck by a white canter while attempting to cross a highway under the influence of alcohol.
His friend, who was with him on a boda-boda that day, explained that Chira didn’t check for oncoming vehicles before crossing the busy road.
