The comedian, whose talent has struck a chord with many Kenyans, showcased the beautiful house, calling it a gift for her young parents who did everything in their power to raise her.
She explained that she revealed the house in a YouTube video to erase doubts from her fans, particularly her TikTok gifters, who often questioned why they couldn’t see anything substantial in her life despite their financial support.
She hoped the video would confirm that she had invested the money wisely, rather than spending it on parties or living flamboyantly in the city, as many others do.

The happy comedienne started the tour with their old, dilapidated house, describing its many issues, including a leaking living room.
She also highlighted a church built within their compound by her father, a devoted minister of the word.
She then unveiled the massive bungalow under construction, which she is building as a gift for her parents.
The house features three bedrooms and two balconies, and she spoke positively about her vision for its final look.

Dem wa Facebook Emotionally Recalls Father Selling Land to Educate Her
During the house tour, the comedian reached the rear balcony overlooking their neighbor’s house and emotionally recalled how her father sold that particular piece of land, now owned by the neighbors, to pay for her education.
She recounted the difficulties she faced and the stress of being sent away from school to bring over 150k for school fees.
She was surprised to receive a call from her teacher, asking her to return to school because her father had sold land to clear the fees.

The comedienne also noted that she had been paying her own school fees since she was in Form One, thanks to her talent in football and practicing as a soccer player. She now vows to work hard and buy the piece of land back for her father.
